MOSSYACHT is being enthusiastic with the desire to bring a new vision and a different perspective to the yacht industry. “We continued this journey, which we started in 2016 with the designs we prepared in cooperation with PORTAKAL MIMARLIK and Gokhan ADAK, by bringing together our first boat models with innovative lines with our customers in 2019. MOSSYACHT General Manager Emine ASLAN said, “Our boat models, which we produce in Yalova Taskopru in Turkey, in partnership with ATIRUSMARINE, are shaped by an approach, based on MOSSYACHT’s service culture, R&D and innovation. This approach gives MOSSYACHT a brand identity based on quality products and reliable service. Our greatest motivation for MOSSYACHT is our understanding of service and the new generation design vision of our young management staff.’’.
We will present the Cabin Version of our ‘MOSSYACHT 7.00 Diamond Model’ to the User in 2021
Could you tell us about your products and product range as MOSSYACHT?
We have 3 different boat models produced in accordance with European standards, all of which are ‘Class A’. Our products, which are classified as ‘MOSSYACHT 5.50 Open’, ‘MOSSYACHT 5.50 Chamber’ and ‘MOSSYACHT 7.00 Diamond’, have ‘Class C’ Design Certificate. Designed as 5.50 meters open and cabin, ‘MOSSYACHT 5.50’ is produced in 2.20m width and 5.50m length. While ‘MOSSYACHT 5.50 Open’ models are produced at a height of 1.05m, the boat height of ‘MOSSYACHT 5.50 Cabin’ models is designed as 1.75m. ‘MOSSYACHT 7.00 Diamond’ is produced in 2.35m width and 7.00m length. In all our boat models based on new generation lines in boat design, we include technological equipment such as Marine sound system, Pullbar awning, Marine flooring, Teak floor covering, Toilet, Touch button system, 6 USB cigarette lighter, and Bluetooth. Although our priority is to manufacture safe boats, we also precisely take care the user feels Its own as special, and in a comfort zone by our entire yachting design. In 2021, we aim to offer the ‘Cabin’ version of our ‘MOSSYACHT 7.00 Diamond’ model to the user.

What added values do you offer to your customers, with your products? And what are the reasons for You ‘as MOSSYACHT’ are preferred, and, which features of You ‘as MOSSYACHT’, are separating You in positive way, from your competitors?
First of all, unlike other companies, we adopt a trust-oriented ‘Boutique’ service understanding. We have a communication understanding where the user can be in direct contact with us in all pre-sales and post-sales processes. Through this understanding, we aim to have a quality and reliable brand identity. We offer all complex details under one price. We offer our customers all the complicated details under a single price without pricing the hardware options. In this parallel, we provide a service that the user can launch directly, not as an option, but with turnkey sales in standard equipment. In addition, the fact that we, as a domestic manufacturer, make the service we offer more cost-effective compared to foreign brands, is one of the factors that put MOSSYACHT in the foreground among other companies. In addition, as a company that produces safe boat models, our customers who step into the sea for the first time are also precious to us. We carefully consider all the safety conditions our customers need at the first contact with the boat and water at every point of our design.
I do business in the sector with the aim of adding women entrepreneur awareness and aesthetics
Seeing successful businesswomen like you in the yacht industry made us happy on behalf of our country. What are the pros and cons of being a woman, what messages would you like to give to our business women and especially young women?
I started doing business in the yachting industry as a female entrepreneur while providing services in different areas of trade for 15 years. In this adventure I started as a small boat user, I can say that the low number of women entrepreneurs in the yachting sector further strengthened my motivation to enter the sector. With a safe growth, I set out with the dream of producing boat models that will bring a different angle to the vision of the sector and to the standards I have been looking for. I believe that aesthetically focused new generation boat designs, designed with a female perspective, will bring a new color to the sector.
Our Women Achieve Everything, As Long As They Be Patient…!
I’m on that thought, there is nothing that women cannot achieve in all areas of business life. For our country, women’s entrepreneurship is a great propulsing force in both economic and social fields. The motivation factor plays an important role in entrepreneurship, which is a human-oriented and long process. At this point, I advise every woman entrepreneur and women entrepreneur candidates who have been able to do their own talent and field analysis to approach the subject with a challenging and patient perspective.
In the Pandemic, Unlike Many Sectors, Our Business Increased
Would you rate that, what changes have happened in your business, during the pandemic?
For many people who do not find it safe in a crowded environment and far from social distances, having their sea holiday in their personal boats has become a more reasonable option. During the pandemic period, unlike many other industries, our pace and intensity of work, has improved. After the pandemic, along with the isolated vacation option brought by the new normal, the upward momentum in boat demands has been a positive source of motivation for us.
