Nowadays, this problem is trying to solve by ‘so called’ sailors in unacceptable methods. It is not obeyed the rules about dumping the bilge waste of the boats. And, as same as we did before, in this kind of unacceptable crimes, we will do identify each criminal person by detecting with image recording; and take legal action about the Boat Owners and Captains.
